The former Director of National Intelligence blasted President Trump’s speech during an Arizona rally late Tuesday and raised questions about Trump’s fitness for office.

“I don’t know when I’ve listened and watched something like this from a president that I found more disturbing,” James Clapper said during a interview on CNN.

“Having some understanding of the levers of power that are available to a president if he chooses to exercise them, I found this downright scary and disturbing.”

Clapper was pressed on whether he questions Trump’s fitness for office.

“I really question … his fitness to be in this office,” Clapper said.

“I also am beginning to wonder about his motivation for it, maybe he is looking for a way out.”

Clapper said Trump should have “quit while he was ahead” after his Afghanistan speech on Monday.

“But again, I think the real Trump came through,” he said.

Trump on Tuesday defended his response to the violent clashes in Charlottesville, Va. during an Arizona rally.

During the rally, he talked about the need for unity and inclusion and then veered off-script to attack the news media, Democrats and even Republicans in Senate whom he accused of distorting his response to Charlottesville and blocking his agenda.

Should we be surprised to see a man who worked in US intelligence for decades.  According to Wikipedia, James Clapper “served as director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) from 1992 until 1995. He was the first director of defense intelligence within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and simultaneously the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence.[4] Clapper has held several key positions within the United States Intelligence Community.  He served as the director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) from September 2001 until June 2006.  On June 5, 2010, President Barack Obama nominated Clapper to replace Dennis C. Blair as United States Director of National Intelligence. Clapper was unanimously confirmed by the Senate for the position on August 5, 2010.”

“In November 2016, Clapper resigned, effective at the end of President Obama’s term in January 2017.

My point is this man is entrenched within the deep state, and his statements should be viewed that way.  The fact that he resigned at the end of Obama’s term and is now making statements questioning President Trump’s fitness for office makes his statements even more suspect.

Here is a breakdown of the election results, county by county:

The desire of the American people is clear, they wanted President Trump.  However the deep state keeps pushing to get him kicked out of office.  This is nothing less than a clear attempt at a coup of the duly elected American Government.

Keep a close eye, patriots…keep a close eye.
