In the most laughable Nick Sarwark gaffe to date, the Commissar of the National Libertarian Party was interviewed recently and said:
“The association of libertarianism with the right is an artifact of the political climate of the Cold War, when communism was seen as a common enemy of both libertarians and conservatives. With the collapse of communism as a political force and the decline of conservatism within the Republican party, the right is no longer a natural ally, if indeed it ever was”.
Communism is not a relic of the Cold War. Communism has made a very successful “long march through the institutions“, and at this point in history we have crossed the tipping point, where more than half the population takes more from the government than they contribute. We just socialized our medical system, in another major coup for the goals set 100 years ago, when the Bolsheviks took power in Russia, and every year since, a million people have died under red flags. Communism is not only the common enemy of libertarians and conservatives, it is the enemy of all mankind, even the planet itself, as environmental destruction inevitably follows the cultural destruction that is the opening act of any nation falling under the siren song of “equality”, sung by the useful idiots, the foot soldiers of the revolution. Our only solace is they are usually the first ones to be killed when the proletariat has his day, which really means a different oligarch with a mind vastly more hateful and murderous than the capitalist they replace.
To illustrate how out of touch Commissar Sarwark truly is, let us examine the work of Marx and Engles, and determine how entrenched communist principles of revolution are in modern America. Let us examine which of the 2 major parties supports each of the “Ten Planks” of the Communist Manifesto. The “Ten Planks” were designed as a dysgenic program to render a Republic weak, impoverished, corrupt, and bring free people to their knees, dependent and begging for more government. The chief means of implementing the “Ten Planks” was created by the Frankfurt School/Institute For Social Research, in a program known as “Cultural Marxism“. Their success is so great, and implementation so universal, most people do not even realize they live under a Communist regime. This would be forgivable for an average citizen, but for the leader of the third largest political party in the United States, it is a damning indictment of Commissar Sarwark’s profound ignorance, or, what I believe to be the reality, his status as a dedicated neo-Marxist operative. In either case he is unfit to lead the party of principle.
1) Abolition of Property in Land and Application of all Rents of Land to Public Purpose.
In 1922 the “Standard State Zoning Enabling Act” was issued by a committee led by Herbert Hoover, who was the Secretary of Commerce at the time, and became law in 1924. It was challenged in court and ruled unconstitutional multiple times but the Supreme Court reversed the lower court decisions in Euclid, Ohio vs Amber Realty Co, and the right of the government to control the use of private property was cemented in the law. Nearly every US city had zoning laws by the Late 1920’s. Herbert Hoover would later become one of the most successful “progressive” AKA “Marxist” leaders of the United States, if advancing the principles of Marx and Engles were the measurement of success. He overturned the relatively laissez-faire economic policies of his predecessor, Calvin Coolidge, bringing about the Great Depression. He made it worse every year with increasingly large and fruitless government programs to deal with the mess he made.
The 1920’s also saw the federal government seize control of mineral resources via the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920. These implementations of the first plank continued with the Taylor Grazing Act of 1934, the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, and many more. Today this plank is fully implemented, as we read stories of people imprisoned, even for simply collecting rainwater. BLM programs control virtually all land use not regulated by another government entity in the United States.
2) A heavy progressive, or graduated income tax.
A graduated income tax is one in which the tax rates go up as income rises. When governments use sin taxes, like those on alcohol or cigarettes. it is for the purpose of reducing their use. When they tax income, it has the overall effect of suppressing GDP, which helps usher in poverty, and exploits mankind’s nature toward being envious. Many of the tools used by Marxists are centered around exploitation of basic human faults, and promotion of negative character traits. Critical theory never solves problems, it is a means of pointing them out and causing hate and division. In addition to the highest corporate tax rate among major economies on planet Earth, the United States tax code is also the most progressive. We hold the shining example to Marxists worldwide as the greatest success story they have ever had with graduated income tax.
3) Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
From the dawn of time, men had one common goal: to provide a better future for their children. The Communist use of envy to tear down property is in full public view here. Let’s examine how the death tax works. Your parents pay off a house and leave it to you. Without 3 decades of mortgage payments, you can invest in new businesses, create jobs, and an even better future for your children. This is not a very good plan to make people subservient and dependent. Thus, anyone who rises to a certain level must be chopped back – the concept was the subject of a song by the band “Rush”, called “The Trees“. The tax will be on the appraised value of the estate using a government formula. So you still have to go get a mortgage and pay the estate tax. Many states have their own death tax, in addition to those from the IRS, proving this plank is fully implemented, and now another layer is being added.
4) Confiscation of the Property of all emigrants and rebels.
Asset forfeiture laws exist on the federal and state level. In many cases, a criminal conviction is not required to seize the property of a modern rebel. In 1986, 93.7 million dollars were looted in this manner; by 2010, the number had risen to 2.5 billion, and continues to rise. This plank is not just implemented, it is epidemic, considered one of the greatest threats to property rights in existence today.
5) Centralization of credit in the hands of the state.
The man with the gold makes the rules. Thus, this was one of the first goals the Marxist’s fought for and achieved, with the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. The Federal Reserve is the principle means to destroy the US economy. While founded under the false premise of keeping currency stable, the US Dollar has lost 95% of is value since its unholy inception. This plank is fully implemented.
6) Centralization of the means of communication and transportation in the hands of the state.
This plank is also fully implemented. Starting in 1927 with establishment of the Federal Radio Commission, the Federal Communications Commission was established in 1934. There was the Air Commerce act of 1926, the Civil Aeronautics act of 1936, and finally, the Federal Aviation Agency in 1958. Today the Federal Aviation Administration controls the very air we breathe, while the Transportation Security Administration takes nude photos and fondles the genitals of all who wish to fly on an airplane. The Department of Transportation was created in 1966, and now claims the right to search anyone on the road without warrant at any time, even performing mechanical inspections and issuing fines on the spot. Inland waterways began to fall under regulation in1935 by the Interstate Commerce Commission, probably the most offensively named entity raping the Constitution until the Patriot Act was signed into law, for those who know what the 10th Amendment is. The Federal Highway Act of 1916 led to the Interstate Highway System, created in 1944. I find it hard to believe Commissar Sarwark does no know these things, with all the “muh roads” jokes that circulate in our circles. Currently the open seizure of the internet is making a full court press, while leaked CIA documents show they have total control of all electronic communications, and can even control motor vehicles on the road via satellite and other electronic means.
7) Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
One of the first things the government did after they vanquished the southern people in the War of Northern Aggression was to create the Department of Agriculture in 1862. It was the final insult in a war that began with northern industrialists seeking control over the agricultural South, and use of punitive tariffs to maintain that control. This was followed by The Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1933, and the creation of the Tennessee Valley Authority that same year. In 1970 the Environmental Protection Agency was created to take control of any other areas of production or agriculture not already covered by another agency. The states also have another layer of similar bureaucratic agencies. Full implementation, and then some.
8) Equal liability of all to labor, establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
In America, “Industrial Armies” are known as “Labor Unions“. The history of the American labor movement is one of creating class envy and struggle, and destroying major industries to force them overseas. They have not just advanced the red flag here in America, but across the planet, as tools of Marxist Globalism – and they are not shy about it. Marxist theorist Anton Pannekoek wrote in his 1908 treatise, “The Labor Movement and Socialism”, “The object of the labor movement is to increase the strength of the proletariat to the point at which it can conquer the organized force of the bourgeoisie and thus establish its own supremacy.” Despite a few notable exceptions, like Lane Kirkland, an AFL-CIO leader who worked with Ronald Reagan to aid the Solidarity Movement in Poland, union organizers and leaders for the last century have been primarily concerned with advancing Marxism, with a little organized crime on the side. While unions are not as powerful as they once were, this is mainly because they served their purpose, which was to destroy the US manufacturing ability and create a new economy of service workers and credit slaves.
A conversation with Andy Stern, former Chairman of the Service Employees International union, was referenced in a 2011 Washington Times article, lamenting the fact that this plank has slipped from its apex:
“Unions today loathe freedom, as Andy Stern demonstrates in his Wall Street Journal column, because unions require unfree markets in order to thrive. They love big government because unions require the government to guarantee their monopolies on labor. And it is precisely those features of unions that have contributed to their increasing unpopularity in the United States, where citizens are becoming wise to the corrupt conspiracy between unions and government to extinguish their liberties.
In a February interview with The Washington Post’s Ezra Klein, Mr. Stern lamented the decline of organized labor’s power and influence and waxed nostalgic about the movement’s early days: “We had to do sit-down strikes and various other things. We had socialist and communist tendencies. We grew up, to speak in Marxist terms, in a world with a lot more class struggle … but it’s not viewed through that light anymore.”
Yeah, poor unions. If we were all a little more Marxist, maybe they wouldn’t be having such a tough time of it”.
9) Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of population over the country.
The population of a high density urban area has no choice but to form connections with their neighbors. The country folk are fiercely independent, self-reliant, and have no need for government, let alone a proletarian revolution to make it all-powerful. This plank was achieved through a variety of means, and we now see a landscape of constant urban sprawl. People do not really live in the city or the country, but in a suburb. They do not have to interact with their neighbors, and are slowly drawn into the degeneracy of whatever the system pipes through the government controlled television waves. You cannot tell a suburb in one town from the next. Uniform central planning, and as the distinction is erased, individuality with it. Another step closer to a controlled communal dystopia.
10) Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production.
This plank was also among the first ones the Marxist Progressives pushed for, and most damaging to liberty, beginning with the Smith-Lever act of 1914. It created government vocational education, accomplishing the combination of education and industrialization. The next step was the Smith-Hughes Act of 1917. The Federal School Lunch Program of 1935 metastasized into the National School Lunch Act of 1946. There was the National Defense Education act of 1958 and the Federal School Aid Act of 1965. Jimmy Carter completed the 10th Plank by creating the US Department of Education in 1979, which began operating the following year.
As you can see, the idea that Communism is not a threat is absolutely insane. In fact, it is the dominant form of collectivism on Earth today. Nazism and Fascism were defeated 75 years ago, and the quickest way to spot a Marxist is to observe someone who is obsessed with fighting things that no longer exist, while protecting the tyranny that is destroying America and other nations across the world. Lest there be any confusion, there is no doubt in my mind that Nick Sarwark knew everything in this article when he gave that interview, which is why he is dubbed “Commissar”. He is not ignorant, he is a dedicated Cultural Marxist determined to keep the Libertarian Party a toothless and irrelevant entity. He is not the only one; there is a significant cadre of enemy combatants. They are easy to spot when you know what to look for.
The Commissar did acknowledge a very important component of our marketing failure as a party in his interview. We are a colossal failure, with 30% of the population sharing our views, but only 3% of them voting for us. This population was raised on Red Dawn and Rambo and fears of nuclear annihilation by Russia. I vividly remember hiding under my desk in blast drills in elementary school in southern California. The vast majority of Americans have an aversion to Communism. Instead of defending ANTIFA, insulting Ron Paul and the entire Southeast US, and ignoring the part of the Libertarian Platform that says, “
BOTH parties support all ten planks, and the Republicans are the only party with an internal movement to mobilize against any of them, specifically Planks 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10. That would be 0% support in this fight from the left, and 70% support in the fight from at least a vocal element of the right. There is no way Commissar Sarwark is this ignorant, his family ignored Plank 10 and homeschooled him. Thus we have more proof than ever he is here to delay, distract, and generally stunt the growth of the Libertarian party. His statements were a call for reinforcement, because the subversive element he leads is rapidly losing power. The left is the enemy, the rioter in the street, and the few areas we may have common ground are where they take a Cultural Marxist perversion of the actual libertarian principle involved. Anyone can be converted, but if we want to be a major party, we should be telling the natural allies on the right that their leaders in the GOP have proven incapable of bringing about smaller government, and the solution to this stalemate is to grow the Libertarian Party. The paradigm shift would put 30% in the LP, 40% in the GOP. We would be vying with the GOP to see who could bring about tndhe biggest tax cuts and deregulation of industry. The Commissar will fight, his henchmen will conspire, a he has brought a violent left wing army to bear on my family and I, and many others. He fears our victory more than anything, and that is because there is only one result of the LP becoming a major party.
Marxism in America would become as irrelevant on Capitol Hill as the LP is under the leadership of Commissar Sarwark.
